I broke one of my u bolt hangers while removing my rear end on my 66 D200, does anyone have a source for them I need 2 as one has some serious corrosion issues? I hit a couple local trailer shops and a local fabricator he cannot make the 90 degree bend with flat part.

Do u mean u broke the U bolt? Or did u break the hanger?
If u mean u broke the U bolt, have your fabricator bend normal shaped ones the correct size. The flattened factory style is an obsolete, defective, weak, design. Dont worry about the curve over the top of the spring. It will bite down tightly on each side of the spring and hold it securely.
Been there, done that, fixed it that way on a W300 20 yrs ago.

Yep After I posted this I used the search feature... Found Espo and I have a local guy that can fab them for me I think Ill go with the fabricated ones its about 50 bucks a set. Thanks for the fast responses.
