Re: how much should I ask for this truck
Hey, thanks for the "props"... Referring to my truck as " high end"!
Love the bone stock trucks.
How does the engine compartment and undercarriage look? The only sweptlines that I see going for 10k+ are either supremely detailed, body off repaint, frame and undercarriage totally done and nice, or ultra low mile 100% stock unmolested originals. BigDad, 68Shorty, Miatasportscar, behindthebadge, and that super low mile 71 sweptline special are high end to me.[/quote]

Re: how much should I ask for this truck
looks like nice truck.
i say ask high and try to find middle ground with a motivated buyer.
FWIW i have turned down an even trade for a new SRT10 Ram for my truck.

But your truck is so much more interesting and much less common.CSS-Registry wrote:

now, if he offered the SRT Ram truck, a 1968 Charger R/T with a 440, four speed in black with a white interior, and enough money to pay off my house i would i have to think seriously about my options.

Re: how much should I ask for this truck
Did you ever decide if you are gonna sell this truck?
One day I will own a Sweptline!
Re: how much should I ask for this truck
Decided not to sell it. $6,000 in the bank is getting me .00010% interest. That's $6.00 a year or 50 cents a month. I figure the truck has to be appreciating more than 50 cents a month. At that rate It would take over 650 years to have the $6,000 grow to $10,000 in my savings account.
