Jeremiah on Moparts mentioned the information below (not me):
I did forget to share some exciting news for sweptline owners. I just sent a large box with a complete heater box, firewall insulation, and most of the rubber body seals/bumpers to Jim Filmore at Detroit Muscle Technologies and he is going to make heater box kits, etc. using my cores as templates. Stay tuned for more info.
A few questions while I am on the topic:
1) does anyone have a good specimen of the rubber bumper found on the rear door edge?
2) does anyone have a truck that has factory installed shoddy pad under the dash? None of the trucks I have looked at have it.
3) If you have any rubber bumpers, cab insulation, etc. let post up some pictures. It would be cool to get this stuff reproduced considering the rising popularity of these trucks.
4) Does the 61-68 floor mounted accelerator pedal interchange with any of the cars? If not I'd like to try and work with a vendor to reproduce the pedal pads and accelerator pedal.
------------------------------------
Also, I just sent 5 various dash switches to my buddy Jim in PA of JS Restorations http://www.jsrestorations.com/
I am hoping he will be able to offer Headlight switch rebuilds and possibly Wiper and Flasher. He did the dimmer and headlight switch for my 71 Challenger and does a lot of other top notch & detailed restoration work.

Re: Getting parts repop'd
Wonder if they would get the body side molding trim clip made if they had a good one to copy?
Re: Getting parts repop'd
I would think someone could reproduce that clip. Tom at RT Specialties would be the guy to talk to about that project.
So far only one reply on this...I see this forum is hopping.
I wanted to let you guys know that I have a few sets of forward cab mount rubber pads cut and available for sale. PM me for details.
Also, we are still looking for a good sample ( or CAD drawing ) of the steering column to floor seal and the little rubber bumper on the upper rear door edge.
If there is anything we are missing please let me know and I'll try to get it to the right people.

Re: Getting parts repop'd
Glad to see you over here. I made my own floor seal but i bet it would be greatly appreciated!
Re: Getting parts repop'd
Thanks Wally! I wanted to mention that special thanks goes out to sweptline.org member Mopat for hooking us up with the parts to get this project going. Without Pat's help I am sure my Sweptline ownership would have come to an end long ago.
Re: Getting parts repop'd
How about early 60's door latches? The star wheels get chewed up.
Thx
