S.... it! i'm work'in on my swepty's.

Post by Txas2step »

Been work'in 6-7day's per week for too long meeting deadlines for my customers. Well I decided that today was for me..I don't care if hell freezes over!LOL. Hopped in the '61 and headed to the shop where my '67 and '68 are stored. Spent all day working on various stuff on all 3.( brakes, master and slave cylinders, carb fan shroud, etc.) must have had 20 + calls including 4 from the wife...I didn't answer one  9 to about 5pm. Man, I'm tired as hell, but it sure felt good to do something you really enjoy. BTW, if it was something serious with the wife , she would call my son , who knew what I was doing, and would call me.LOL. :clap

That is awesome Chris. I finished painting my new tailgate today and it felt great. Did my bumpers and mirrors last weekend. I am hoping to install everything next weekend! :dance

Price out 8 hours with a therapist or psychiatrist. 8 hours playing with your sweptlines is much cheaper and is way better therapy, in my opinion!

Man that would be nice. I haven't had time to so much as sit in my Swepty in close to 6 months. It looks so lonely out by the garden with grass growing higher than the hood. And my poor Pilot House hasn't been moved in a year, have weeds higher than the center of the windshield all around her right now. Motorcycles have been in pieces for the better part of 2 years.

And I'm off work. Lot's of free time. But my wife is mean and won't let me do anything... except take my meds and watch television. Tore my back up again.
