In my mad quest for knowledge to get up to speed on D100s in general, and my '63 Ute in particular, I found a link to a PDF of the Carter BBD 1-1/4" Service Manual. It's black and white, and the image quality may not be as high as some you can buy online, but I think it's quite serviceable... and it's FREE!

Incidentally, I see that Carter "encouraged" shops to shell out for a set of adjustment gauges by not specifying actual dimensions for most settings.

I'm sure I can hunt them up around here or somewhere else, but if anyone wants to add a link to this thread, that would be great.
