Different crossmembers?

Different crossmembers?
Working on 69' 3/4 ton 2wd that was 383/727. I am putting in 318/727 but have no crossmember yet. What years are correct and is there a difference between BB and SB dimensions? I am gonna freshen up the original 383 but wanna drive it now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

69-71 100/200 truck crossmembers are all the same...big and small block

1 member does it all, engineers got it together and got rid of all the unnecessary metal
