Our Baby girl is finally here!!

Our little baby girl, Aisling (Ashling) Nora Peters was born January 27th and weighed in @ 7lbs, 18.5" long.

We are so happy and are hoping to go home from the hospital tomorrow sometime.

Momma is doing just fine. We had to go C-section after 46hrs of labor, but we are over that hump and feeling much better. Thanks for all of the well wishes!!

Congrats man!!! She is cute!! I would have totally strangled the doctor. Our doc said to go c-section after a few hours, so it wasn't anywhere near the stress you had to go through.

10 more days for a scheduled c-section and we'll have number 2, another boy!

Actually I was amazingly calm which kept it all together.... I surprised myself, but my heart dropped when the OR doors swung shut.

Well, our midwife let us go that long by my wifes choice, she was terrified of surgery but when hour 40 came around and we were still at 7cm, we started thinking... I don't know why I keep thinking #2 already came for you guys... Congrats!!

CONGRATULATIONS! When my son was born my wife had been in labor around 10 hrs and there was a shift change, the new nurse, and older lady had been there 10 minutes and told the younger nurse that was leaving ..."ohhh the baby's upside down, so his head is pushing on the pelvic bone" My son was born within the hour. You'd of thought the high paid doctor would of figured that out? Anyways congratulations again on Aisling !
