Sat in the cab for a few minutes and decided to fire it up...It was lit within 30 seconds, and i let it idle for 10-15 to keep everything moist. Man I miss how loud that truck is...

Been plowing snow in my 70 non stop it seems lately. Made a Gymkhana course in my parking lot and drifted it around for like 4 hours Xmas night, and I also drifted around with my 70 ute too, man was it fun. Wish I had a video camera, it was a sight to see.

Cranked up the truck and let it warm up, this baby purrs. It was raining so I didn't take her for a spin, but I did move it back and forth in and out of the carport though, I know it sounds pathetic, I really wanted to go for a drive but I have noticed I am losing brake fluid from some place but I don't see any puddles anywhere. I am going back in a few days and I am going to try to find the leak.

fired the 440 up to do parts run for the Willys, hadn't started in 2 weeks, so it was a little painful, startin the truck in the neighbor hood while in the garage makes it even louder for the concrete doesn't absorb sound, this brings out the next door neighbor kids, I have to build RPM's and then REV it to get the choke to kick out, the 440 loves cold fuel, so after it builds oil pressure and the choke is shutting off, I rev it to 4000-4500 RPM's and let off, MAN OH MAN those glasspacks are nice after 18 years they still sound good :Thumbsup , the boys next door love the loping of the cam also, with the sand still on the street its almost impossible to take off without loosing traction

my wife & I have done the chase the family stuff for years, between being in NY with my Dad, or FL depending where he happens to be, or all over NC, from the coast to the mountains with her family.with us not having any kids, everybody felt that we needed to be included into there plans so we could enjoy Christmas with children, this year, we told everyone we were staying closer to home, if they wanted to stop in they were more than welcome. but we weren't planning on going anywhere. my wife's Dad passed thru early in the morn'. had a cup of coffee & a just outa the oven chocolate chip muffin. he left by 10, i spent the rest of the just lounging, walked the dog a few times. never put a key in a vehicle!!! it was really really really nice.

Hit ice in my Dart on Christmas eve, and kissed a guardrail. Now my Christmas money will go for a fender and door... Kind of funny, I keep thinking how glad I am it wasn't my swepty, despite that I already own the replacement parts needed, and the Dart ...was... 100% straight and clean. Oh well.

No kidding it is! I actually laughed when I listed it, since no one has ever heard of Wamic... We topped out around 17", but have had enough wind the last few days to only have it left in piles where we plowed. I have a couple pictures in the NW snow thread. It was fun (until the whole car thing...).

I've been through Wamic. We went that way once to pick up a friend's buddy on the way to float the Deschutes. I'm surprised you didn't get more snow since we had a little over a foot just a bit west of Camas. Your elevation has to be quite a bit higher than here.

I drove the little gay Ranger 220 miles to Clovis to hang with Pops and the rest of the Family. Took pics of the "new" 69 Swept we got for cheap.
