You would be downloading almost 700 megs now (I have added more photos)...
however, it would take me weeks to send it
because, I only have dialup. It takes me 5 min. for each meg! HAHA, anyway, if your worried about aligning up panels, then, don't take it that far apart. However, the Sweptlines are pretty easy to work on, and the lines you probably will have the most trouble with is the hood. Which can be aligned with shims. I show how to line up the doors, and hood. Fenders have a "small" bit of movement, but... not a lot. I also HIGHLY recommend owning the FACTORY service manual and not relying on only my CD.
I believe that most people recieve their CDs in just a few days to a week. If you in dire need, I can send it overnight if you send the cost difference in mailing... just a thought.
If you have any questions about the CD, email me anytime. I can email you the "contents" list if your interested. I am always willing to help.

An option for your "business" might be to store up to 5GB at a website that hold it on their surver. One example is esnips.com I never read the details but maybe it can be set up so u email people a password so they can d-load what ever.
I would like to do a thoro restore but I dont have a garage to rip it all apart. I cannot start taking the cab off to get underneath. I want to stop the rusting process in that area under the rear of the cab. Can I cheat by spraying POR-15 in that area?

Thanks for the idea for the download option... NOt sure if it right for me though...
As for a garage, well, I did alot outside first. I Cleaned and painted the frame outside. Also, for a temporary garage, there are a couple of options. One, buy one of those EASY-UP covers for less than a $100. They are nice to keep the HOT sun off you, or a bit of rain as well. Not a downpour, but a spritz. I use this now even though I have a garage, outside is still the BEST light.
Also, for a couple hundred dollars, you can look into one of those "Medium portable garage" at Harbor Freight. They are pretty nice, check this out: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/d ... mber=42211
As for spraying POR 15, I never did that, I always brushed it on. I "assume" that it could be sprayed. Like I said, I never did it, so I never looked into it either. I DO recommend that you clean your spray gun thoroughly afterward, because that stuff does not move after it is dry.
