It's a nice thought, but I checked 8 random places listed on the "where to buy" list and NONE of them had it. Too bad, I was getting ready to ask my accountant for the funds...

But who is actually distributing them? Kmart, target, and a few of the hobby sites listed don't carry them.

The way I am having trouble finding time to work on my (real) crew, I don't think I need a project such as this

i have been talking with the Greenlight Production crew. the trucks are almost ready for purchase but the only rub is the trucks are part of a set.
http://www.greenlighttoys.com/?q=produc ... &scaleid=4
you'll be able to buy a truck as part of a two pack.
they are working on producing a CSS/HPP truck but it is probably another six months out. it too will be part of a set BUT if i get enough order together i may be able to have them "solid" packed as individual trucks with special packaging. i'll keep you posted.
i have some pre-production samples coming - pics soon...

update from the Greenlight production people...
the "county road" sets that include a new sweptline diecast truck will be available at these fine stores:
- Toys R Us
- Kmart
- Meijer (a Midwest based chain store similar to a Kmart only nicer)
- Online dealers will have them and sell them in singles, here are a few links:
http://www.milezone.com/productView.asp ... tegory=244
http://www.mini-motorsonline.com/home.php?cat=20
Both of these online stores will ship singles of individual cars once they have arrived. They take pre-orders on full sets. The big box stores will obviously sell them as single items and they could go pick out the truck they want.
let me know if anyone buys one. 2nd or 3rd quarter next year a CSS/HPP truck will be available...
