Hello Sweptliners, My W-200 is registered as a 1967 but according to the online registry specifies it as a 1966. It has the small rear window and refrigerator door handles, no back up lights, 318 with WW-3 Strongberg 2 barrel carb and Polly Head engine.
My question is the factory shop manual on the front cover at the bottom is printed Serial Numbers Starting with xxx-1543000. My S.O. NO. is 11122154. Is this the correct manual for my Power Wagon? Subtracting one number from the other the sum being 6724 makes me wonder if it is a 1965 shop manual? Thanks for every ones help on this forum, a great resource.

Re: Which Shop Manual ?
The SO number on the plate is NOT the serial number. The SN for your truck would start with 228, then 7 digits after that, aka the VIN.
Refer handles makes it absolutely a 66. Push button handles started in 67, no bull.
fyi, SO is Sales Order number and was just a reference between the dealer and factory with no use after delivery to the buyer.

Re: Which Shop Manual ?
That's what it says on the bottom of my 66 manual. Doesn't make any difference as the trucks were basically identical from mid 65-66.
