thanks for the welcome ....I think it is a 68 that is what the title says, single stick transfer case. Am looking for some defroster vents, black armrests,maybe a stock original radio thanks

That truck was pieced together by someone. A D100 would be 2 wheel drive. A factory 68 4 wheel drive truck would use 8 lug axles, which those aren't. A 68 would have a twin stick transfer case selector as well.

Based on the "68" title, hood, grill, interior, it appears obvious to be a 68 D100 with 69-71 W100 running gear swapped in.

it looks like you have a 69 front bumper as well, check right front frame rail for serial number to see if it matches tag.
