Snake Oil.
Hydrogen works, Myth Busters proved that. They almost blew themselves
up in the process! They used bottled hydrogen. Splitting water molecules on the fly
for fuel isn't a practical reality yet. It takes a lot of energy to break the molecular bond. More
energy than it produces.
I read through the Water4Gas site, very entertaining! The real nature of the site
is revealed at the bottom of the page: HOW TO SELL THESE SYSTEMS FOR IMMEDIATE PROFIT
We did an experiment in college breaking the molecule. We used a 12 volt train transformer
and were able to produce enough hydrogen to equal a fire cracker in 20 minutes. The
contraption they use with the Ball canning jars is a lot like what we did with beakers and
test tubes. They might actually produce some hydrogen, if you see bulbs then it is doing something.
But I can't dream it would produce enough to do anything. Remember Hydrogen atoms are the smallest
atoms, the small amounts that system produces would leak out long before combustion.
Water splitting can also be done with heat, various methods require between 1000 and 2000
degrees celcius.
One thing they touch on that does have some merit it water injection. This is nothing new.

As for the xylol and acetone, these would probably be comparable to using Seafoam or Chemtool.
Chemtool is cheaper.
This was funny:
Reduce engine operating temperatures - also helps to prevent global warming.
