Anyone ever seen a stretched crew cab?

I recently took a ride in a friend's fairly new crew cab Ford. I couldn't get over, how much leg room there was in the back seat. It got me wondering, if anyone had ever stretched a crew cab Sweptline for more leg room in the back. Just wondering if anyone had seen it done before.

Here's a double cab I found in a wrecking yard in the middle of Nevada a couple years back....someone got two cabs and fit them together. Long gone now...

I have seen two club/crew combo's (extended crew cab), but they were 70's Lifestyle cabs.
