Is this a true CSS?

This '67 is advertised as a CSS at a local dealership but I don't think it's a true CSS

Well the way I'm reading it, its not claiming to be a CSS, but I think they meant the normal registry "its one of 8" whatever.

46981 is the SERT Summary for a 67 CSS Package.
