No, it's with the flipped axle.
Re: Your favorite single photo of your truck.
Is there a thread somewhere that explains how to do the axle flip? thx66patrick wrote:No, it's with the flipped axle.

Re: Your favorite single photo of your truck.
axle flip is a bad idea.....dropped axle is the way to go or take out some springs(which can cause other issues)
Re: Your favorite single photo of your truck.
It is wiser to "drop", than to "flip"....EdAbbey wrote:Is there a thread somewhere that explains how to do the axle flip? thx66patrick wrote:No, it's with the flipped axle.

Do a search as there are plenty of threads on this topic.

Re: Your favorite single photo of your truck.
I have read a few posts on the axle flip and it definitely seems to be a lot less costly than a dropped axle. Can you explain further on why the flip is a bad idea?facechicken wrote:axle flip is a bad idea.....dropped axle is the way to go or take out some springs(which can cause other issues)
Thanks, BK

BK, flipped axles in the front can cause bump steer. That is really bad since you can not steer the vehicle when you hit a bump just right. Very scary if you've ever had it happen to you! Hope this helps. Mike
