Ya,it's the original spare tire.I believe it's how it came from the factory.Tire has never been removed from where it sits.Just bolted to box on a brace.

Nice to see another truck with an original spare tire. My Dodge has the original spare, a Goodyear Power Cushion, but mine is mounted under the bed.
