I'm awaiting delivery of a set of 8-lug 16x10" rear rims from Stockton Wheel; I couldn't get 15" but there are still decent tire sizes available for wide 16's. you'll need something to hold the power, right?

As far as sticking the motor in the hole, that's just a matter of relatively light fabrication if it won't bolt right in.

I've been planning a swap from the 435 to a833 trans, and the bellhousing looks like the sticking point-my solution will be to use a Lakewood steel bell which can be redrilled for the a833 bolt pattern, and weld on frame mounts and clutch slave mount. Too easy.

I always thought that would be a COOL swap. I've got a couple of 331's that I kick around swapping into my truck from time to time. Not the most economic engine to build, but I love the way the early Hemi's look. I also like the idea of having a period correct hot rod engine under the hood considering the popularity of the early Hemi's on the hot rod scene in the 60's.
There used to be (probably still is) a great 392 swap article on sweptline.com. Lots of good info that would be the same for the 331/354 swap.

On a side note, a mopar nut in my area pulled his race car with a 392 equipt swepty back in the day. I'd love to get my hands on it, but I'm not holding my breath  .

There's a guy around here that has a 354 in a D300 tow truck. Though it's been several years since I seen it I remember him saying it bolted right in and it did seem to fit fine.
