The weather is not looking good for the weekend, 50% chance of rain. Wednesday nite at Hamburger stand, lots of cars, lots. people are very eager to Cruise before gas prices get worse.

The event was postponed until last night...

http://www.goldensupercruise.com/

kman and I both had our trucks there...

And, at least three other Sweptliners showed up...Scott, Jim P, and Jay was driving the Charger...

along with a bunch of other Mopar folks. I spotted a couple older 30's and 50's era Dodge trucks.

There were at least 6 excellent station wagons there last night. I never thought I would like them...

However, they are a very pleasant change from Jap Crap SUVs.

One of these was a 1964 Dodge 880, four door Hardtop wagon in awesome un-restored condition,

and there was a 1961 Plymouth 2-door wagon done up with a Gasser look...and it was really nice.

another was about a 63 Valiant wagon beautifully restored...a couple 55-56 fords and an excellent 64 Impala.

It was another great event and we had a great time

Scott drove a jeep because he was afraid it would rain, and Jim drove a BMW as he is working on his truck.

OK, that would have been a real shocker to have Scott bring out his truck, so it was Jim P jr.

Yeah I was just gettin finished with softball, when kman1226 called and said he was headin out their, I get to see alot of the cars headin that direction because I live in one of the Cruisin lane's, I heard some fine tuned machines passing by checking their tuning with some heavy accelerations making the hair on my back stand up and the tingling all over, and the look to the 440, I could hear the truck saying "I'm ready if you are!" but it was late so I'll make the one in June. Surprised I didn't see the Charger headin over their :thinking
