'68 D100 longbed to shortbed conversion
Greetings folks! I'm about to paint my '68 D100 longbed as well as do floor pans ect. My plan is to swap the cab, front fenders ect. over to a '69 factory shortbed frame and bed. If anybody can for see any issues here I would appreciate knowing about them. Thanks in advance. BTW, its great to be back after several years!

I'm using the 440 and 727 out of the current truck.
