Does anyone have the OD of the threaded section of the tie rod ends? 70 W200 Dana 44. Im looking at these

but cant find any info on them. No-one local stocks them or can tell me the diameter. Or, does anyone have the correct part number?

Mine are .68 OD on the threads, both are RH threads. One side is coarse thread and the other side is fine thread.
Im beginning to think I have a one-of-a-kind truck. PITA finding parts.

I would be very grateful if someone could post some pics of the entire tierod. I cant find any parts that seem right. Everything is 3/4" mine are 11/16"
Wondering if its from something else?
