1970 D-100 bed cover

Does anyone have a new bed cover on their sweptline? I had one that was held on with velcro attached to the box sides. Damned thing shrank and would not stay fastened at highway speeds. I removed that and decided to order a new one that is still velcro attached but is attached to the box rails with camper clips. Problem: the front corners of our box are rounded and the covers are designed to fit square corners. Don't want to modify the truck, but if they modify the cover and it doesn't fit I still have to buy it @ over $500. Just want one that fits, is low profile and looks good.

HELP!

Scribe the corner profile onto a sheet of paper, mail it to them so they have a template to match the cover to. Seems pretty simple.

Any local boat/auto trim shop can make them for less than that. Only takes a couple hours once they pop a pattern off the bed.

Working on a 69 d200, just curious if anyone knows if a Sweptline 75-93 Long bed mat would work? What if are the differences? Followed link to checkerpro but cautious on purchasing. Thanks for your help guys

I'm a little surprised a company would use velcro to hold a bed cover closed.
