Hey thanks again Wally on those letters. We were going to try and paint today or tomorrow. But, I have some more sanding to do. Things are not going like I had hoped. We have to rent a compressor and a paint gun and this takes money of course. I now hope to have it painted by the time school starts (aug 25th) We will see.

Hello WHS,
Try one? You mean you are going to send me one for free? A Pro Bono? Alright!

No really, I have absolutly no idea what you are doing here. It's just too far over my head. Is this unit like making fuel? I would love a simple explaination. Talk to me like you are talking to about a ten year old. That should be about right...

What he's talking about is a hydrogen generator. Actually it separates the hydrogen from the oxygen in water. The idea is sound since the oxygen would be the main component of the exhaust. We don't have the technology yet to make it more than a novelty at the moment. Hydrogen run engines would be really cool and I can hardly wait cause I'm sure it's coming down the road. Hope I'm still here when the time comes! LOL Mike

mileage should be better. might need atune up or like you menitoned valve work. my 66 D300 dually with 4.88 gears, poly and 4 speed got 11mpg empty. you should be getting much better as my 66 d300 weighed in at 6000 empty. probably at least 1000 more than your 200. congrats on the cool truck.

think of it like a high octane additive distillery under your hood. making 2 liters per minute of FUEL.

its really worth studying and experimenting with. the basic one i show installed on my 67. costs $ 50 dollars in materials from home depot - if u can get a surplus deal on the 316 tubes from a tube supplier.

basically the voltage and current from your 12v battery. the same STUFF thats powering your distributor, radio and headlights. creates hydrogen electrolysis with the water that fills a small gap between the 1.5 inch diameter outer tube and the 1.25 inch diameter tube inside it.

THE SURFACE AREA of the metal - outside tube charged NEGATIVE - the inside tube CHARGED POSITIVE. instantly turns the WATER INTO A GAS of H-H-O. meaning 2 hygdrogen molecules and one oxygen molecule.

so on mine my carburetor is mixing PETROL FUMES, AIR (NITROGEN) AND H-H-O (high octane fuel additive) and burning a MORE COMPLETE AND COOLER MIX.

if i adjust timing mix and spark and make a more sophisticated HHO injection into throttle body. it will be possible to lean out the gas much more.

running a dodge 318 on hho IS POSSIBLE. but i have to fabricate a specialized throttle body and distributor and spark conditioning electronics.
dont have $$$ for that yet.

to bad the auto industry wont give me $4500 to get a old truck to run on water. i think i could
