My 69 D-200 w/ 318 pulls my 7 x 14 enclosed job trailer loaded w/ no problems. Stopping it is another story as many have mentioned. Even w/ trailer brakes / controller - it's pucker power sometimes slowing down from 65 on the highway. I've had a few slants as well and never hesitated to tow anything with them. If you can pull a tree out with a "give 'er a yank -n- see what happens" You sure as heck can pull a big trailer. My Pa had a 68 w/ the slant 6 with a 400 gallon (or so ) water tank on it that would go anywhere you pointed it without complaint (off road doing sewer construction, no-less) You should have no problems w/ your rig -
69 D-200
37 Delivery Sedan (in pieces)
92 Dakota - traded for a 2001 Ram 1500
79 Dodge Aspen 2-dr -- didnt have time for it
2010 Charger former squad car = Love it

my truck, originally purchased by the nevada test site as a paint hauler, has a weird rear end gearing or somethin. guess it can haul more but the top speed is kinda lame at around 70ish
