Door lock refurbishing? Anyone?

Does anyone know of somewhere I could send my 1969 D100's door locks to be "rebuilt"? I haven't been able to find anyone locally. Does anyone even do this or is it possible with the type of cylinders used on the older trucks? I had a key made for them, but I found out that the driver's side is broken and the pass. side stopped turning freely after a couple of tries. Any help is appreciated.

Somewhere there is a detailed article how to do it yourself.
I'll keep looking for you.

72 and up locks, and the locksets that are sold as fitting a 1969 D100 don't work because the they're shaped slightly differently than the original locks. They could probably be made to work by doing a little surgery to the door, but I'd rather not do that.

I had my locks rebuilt combining the best parts of 4 different cylinders but they failed again after only a few months.
