I was wondering if anyone has an original rearview mirror in their truck? Trying to figure out what color it should be painted? Seems like the mirror head is white, but is the front of the mirror bracket white also? And the back of the mirror bracket body color?
Looking at this page from the 1966 brochure, the blue truck appears to have a white mirror head and a blue bracket, the red truck appears to have a white mirror and bracket (at least on the front).
What is the correct color scheme? Anyone have original truck pictures?

on my 67 the head and the stem were white i just repainted it

there were some chrome mirrors. maybe CSS?

I painted my stem body color front and back, and will paint the mirror white. I dropped the mirror off at a glass shop to have the mirror replaced, then they closed because of Covid, now I am waiting for them to open to get it back!
Oh well, I have plenty of other things to work on.
