Hello Sweptliners. Wondering if anyone has used a A-body style bench seat in their truck. I found one but not sure the exact year or car it came out of, but I just like the color. And, it’s much better than my wasted foam bench seat. I plan on have my original refinished, but thought I could make adaptors or brackets to use this A-body bench.
Any pointers would be helpful. I couldn’t find any threads when I searched but if you know of any, please share a link if possible.
Come on spring!!!

Re: Question A-body bench seat in a truck?
Truck buckets use a frame that bolts the full width from side to side, not an individual bucket seat like the cars had.
I bet you could improvise.
I once used A100 seats, but I was lucky to find a factory bracket:

I would guess the A body bench is not as wide as the truck bench.
