It's vintage. The newer Grant wheels have 3 holes per spoke. The ones from back in the day were Superior 500 wheels and they had 4 holes per spoke. This one was NOS ebay find...4 spokes, sez superior 500 stamped under the horn button. Grant installation kit works fine [when you figure out which one to use]
I grafted a late sixties Horn cushion on with a Dodge emblem in the center. Thring to make it look factory to a rookie....

Look what just popped up on Hemmings for sale: a 1977 Tradesman van with the same wheel, I think. I almost bought one of these "factory" customs for my first new vehicle. Brand new price was $7000. I ended up getting a new 77 Trans Am for $6000. Three of my friends had custom vans, chev and gmc. They were really hot at the time.
