'65 W200 Utiline

I was moving some trucks around and readying my snow plow
for the season so I fugured I'd snap a pic of my '65 W200 Utiline.
This truck made a long journey from Northern California several
years ago, thanks to a real enthusiastic Sweptline guy and
fellow forum member Glenn, aka PFury369. Although I've owned
it for a few years, it hasn't been on the road yet. I did manage to
finish off the minor repairs it needed [re-wiring it and re-building
and re-mounting the box] and also threw in a MoPar Performance
electronic ignition that seemed to pep up the A318. I added the
front bumper, grille guard and the spare tire fender&tire mount
bracket. My plan was to put it on the road this Spring but my job
and other non-Sweptline related projects like putting the rebuilt
engine/tranny back into my R/T and shaking it down kept me busy.

My friend painted the spare tire fender for me. I told him to
give it a "barn job" coat so it would be a close match for the
rest of the truck. Because he does big time restorations on
muscle cars, he didn't know how to do that. He
took every minor little ding out of it, welded up a couple minor
tears, media blasted it, etc. etc. etc..... I kinda want to dull it
out a bit to match the truck but he'd probably kick my a**

I can't remember the make but they're 7.50 x 16 Z-treads on the original
split ring wheels. The guy in Northern California who rebuilt this truck put
the tires on brand new. They might have a couple thousand miles on them?

Absolutely Glenn!.... It'll be top dog at least until I convert my '61 D200 to a W200.
