i hate to admit it but i havnt done a thing to my sweptline in quite a wile. im waiting till after i get out of fab school so ill have the abillity to do that i want with that truck. but 4 now i bout a 71 dodge charger project it sat for 22 years i found it, brough it home., put a new battery and new plugs and points and wires and it fired right up. im ben working my butt off on the intier the past few weeks, it now has new carpet and new seat cover the org syle seats cover to i might add,. i installed them myself to. the car will be leaving this weekend to go off to paint and body it is being painted jet black with a hemi orange r/t stripe.
so yea thats y i havnt posed much here latley like i used to,

i luv that body style Charger!! i had a 72 rallye yrs ago in NY. it was sassy grassy green, had the bulge hood & the R/T doors. were'd you find that ride??

That is sweet!!! Great find and besides the surface rust, the body looks pretty straight. That is one cool ride!

its a 318 car im just gonna put a 4 brl on it and and some valve covers and headers.
ill prolly put my 340 out my duster in it later or bbuild a big block 4 it down the road

nice find...how bad is the surface rust? looks like you can wire wheel it, and primer it.......keep us updated...I can always appreciate a dodge project
