I've been seeing alot, close to 15 of these trucks, and because I passed this one 2 times I took a picture of it, I wanted to get a picture of another less than 5 miles away, but batteries went dead :pale

where is this truck? Is it a 300? Is it for sale? Next time, could you get me a phone number if you don't mind? Sure looks like a winner.

Wow , that is a first gen Chevy Luv, I learned to drive a stick shift in one of those. When I was 18 I bought my first car, a 1976 Triumph TR6. I couldn't even drive the darned thing because I didn't know how to drive a stick shift. At work we had a red Chevy Luv, (same body style as the one in the picture), that was a 4 speed and I used it to chase after parts for the shop. Wow, what a memory. Needless to say, the TR shifted a little bit quicker than that old Luv.

I had to move my old 66 300 the other day. I needed to get to a parts trailer that was behind it. While I have it out I thought that I would get a few pics of it. Same color as the one in Robins pic. That has to be my favorite color on these trucks.

This truck still ran when I parked it back in 99.

Please post pics of more D300s :dance I thought I was the only one on the entire site that had one, lol. I've never seen another D300 in person. I see tons of 100s and 200s, and there are a few 400s and 500s running around here too.

I see you live in GA and I didn't know if your familier with Kyle and his Dad. They also live in GA. They specialize in the BIG Dodges. Kyle is just finishing up a RED 300 as a matter of fact. It looks Brand NEW!

Checkout his site:

My Dad and I are restoring our '64 W300 that we bought out of a junkyard in Montana in 2005. We are going to paint it the factory Desert Turquoise color. It will be such a cool truck when it's done.http://www.sweptline.org/SweptlineRegis ... 2381401262
