Wish I had a: crewcab, a nice boat, and a nice camping trailer to pull around...some guys have it all!!jimmy wrote:Saturday morning I drove 120 miles to pick up our new -used boat. It was a quick trip cause I had to get home to drop off the boat and hook up the travel trailer. Took the travel trailer to the Columbia River for salmon fishing with friends. (1. yes I have friends and 2. no i don't use the trailer to fish with... I sleep in it!) By Sunday evening I was back in Spokane. A perfect weekend and perfect 400 total miles towing trailers with my upgraded engine.

1961 W500 "Roadster"
hanging trusses of my 40x40 steer barn I built in 2010.
Has a rear PTO driving a 20K Military Winch, and a set of poles.
1963 W300 Turbo Diesel waits it turn to help.

I envy you! i love diesel and want a diesel swepty, but im not skilled to do a conversion yet with a cummins. i did however find a 67 international with a 6- 354 Perkins diesel and a 5 speed manual trans. i was thinking of how nice that would be in a swepty. but i would rather wait till i can afford it.

Picked this one up literally right across the fence from Montana. Front and rear sure grips, supposedly came from Alberta Forestry.Has a Ramsey PTO on it, I've only seen the Braden PTO's, Should be interesting and I will be parting it out.

Heh, rats. If I'd discovered this thread yesterday I could have snapped a photo of our run to the dump followed by a lumber yard trip.
Oh well, next time.
I'm definitely not reloading all of that lumber just to get a picture, haha!

Ready for the livestock auction... 69 D100-128 wearing a set of Co-op stock racks off a 62 F350.

Those same racks are still on it 4 years later, set up with roll out tarps and tent poles in cans of cement as a produce/pecan stand. Still earning her keep after all these years, come September I'll have owned it for 11 years.

If I didn't build it, it ain't mine.
