I wouldn't be surprised if you found remnants of stripes under the
front or rear lip of the hood.... :idea

I kind of thought the same thing. The front of the hood had me thinking this truck could have had stripes. I suppose the seat could have been changed too.

A CSS makes sense. Look at the roof. There looks to be very faint stripes. :thinking

There were definitely stripes on it but it's been re-painted. The outside doesn't match the inside. But with all that chrome and options chances are it had stripes before also. :Thumbsup

Will take a look, hadn't really thot about that. The gentleman I bought it from had the seat recovered, didn't mention any unusual trim. It does have mounts for sunvisors on the driver and passenger sides, the screws are there, but the visors are gone. There is a second tag on the door post, but I think it is a VIN. What is a SERT tag?

Here's information on CSS trucks.
There might be some information
on SERT tags there. :study :Thumbsup

Looked up the stuff on the CSS, thanks. Don't think there is a SERT tag, I will look when out from under the snow, but based on the info on the site, it doesn't qualify. No chrome bumper, no bucket seats, and I didn't see anything like that on the order schedule sheet.

However, when it thaws, I will check it out.

those could be swapped, or maybe your hood was just swaped with a CSS?
