A Few new pics...
So I just finished a HUGE project on my 66 D-100. Put in a C-notch and flipped the rear axle while removing two leaves and adding a 2 inch lowering block. also riding on air shocks for some adjustability. Here ya go!

I like the look! It took me a minute or two to figure out that the exhaust tips are what's coming out of the spot where the backup lights once were. Did you have to enlarge those holes to do it?

Thanks! definately gonna throw some sparks! the chrome over the backup lights are wheel center cap bullets. they fit perfectly over the backup lights.

Thats bitchen. You can have Sid from Sids Nostalgia axle drop your front axle for you. Fairly inexpensive and he does a killer job

Re: A Few new pics...
Yeah you'll have to raise the motor and/or notch the oil pan to get anywhere close to the front being that low. Probably both, and you could also get a drop axle made like suggested. Great progess though. How much travel do you get with just air shocks?SickSixtySix wrote:Thanks! shes comin along haha. workin on a way to notch the front and keep the straight axle. i think ll have to raise the /6 a few inches!

Thanks. I get about 4 1/2 inches of travel with the air shocks. But it takes 150psi to do it!mopardwh wrote:Yeah you'll have to raise the motor and/or notch the oil pan to get anywhere close to the front being that low.
