My find

I bought this off a friend of mine, and gave $500 for it and a parts truck. It's a 1970 D100 with the four speed. The truck has 88,000 miles, and I am the 3rd owner.

The old parts truck is just about shot. It was used as a farm truck until about three years ago when the ring gear blew. It has a 318 and a three speed. The motor is free, but I don't know what shape it's in. Too many parts taken off. The grill is bad, but the front clip is Ok except for a dent on the driver's side. The cab is a rustpit, and the bed has some rust, but is fixable.

The driver is actually pretty solid for all original. I have to buy floorpans and rocker panels, some new paint, and it'll be ready. I'm not after a complete restoration, just a good solid driver.
