In the movie Bright Angel there is a 69-71 D200 in several scenes early in the movie. Lots of other old cars including a beat up primered Cuda convertible.
Cant believe over the 30 times ive seen this movie and never noticed it,but in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation during the first seen Clark is tailgated by a 64 swepty.Watch that movie with my family every christmas.

The movie Programmed to Kill features a 68 long bed with a 69-71 light-duty rear bumper and a cut off 3 hole mirror post. At the end of the movie a medium-duty 4 headlight truck gets hit with a rocket from a hand held rocket launcher. It might even be a 61.
I'm watching an episode of "Bones" where they investigate the main characters parents who dissapeared and they rode out to a farm where there was a 65.5-67 Baby blue, white top, small back window, light duty bumpered D100!!
On an episode of Dragnet a guy who killed someone drives a Yellow 65 or 66 D100. The tailgate appears unusual. It has the guy's business and phone number in the center and doesn't look like the Dodge letters are stamped in it. The show was filmed in 67 so the flat tailgates weren't out yet. Maybe something was screwed over the center.

Funny you should mention that. I was reading on Moparts, after I posted this, about some shows like The Beverley Hillbillies and Adam 12 have a lot of the car emblems removed or covered. Adam 12 was produced by Jack Webb who also stars in and produced Dragnet. I never thought about that being a possibility until I read that. They do mention the make of certain vehicles when they are talking about the vehicle driven by the suspect. I knew ahead of time that I was going to see a Yellow Dodge pickup because it was mentioned. I was hoping it would be a Sweptline.
