I have a 66 w200 with a model 86 heater
Shown here...#1-48-770...http://sweptline.org/accessories63_68/01-05.gif
Anybody got a source for the resistor? Mine is burned up and I can't seem to find a replacement at any auto parts store, radio shack or online.
Do I just have to buy a whole new switch assembly? can't imagine finding one of those would be any easier...

Mike
Take the switch to your local NAPA Auto Parts store and place it on the counter. They may have the same or a newer
unit that was made to re-place what you have.
If the price is "to high" take the switch with you to a local pick & pull and start looking at older Car Division MoPar's or
any 1970-1980 Dodge Van or Truck.

If you dont care about original, I just wired up one of these switches, has the resistor as part of the switch.
