Turn Signal Lever

Post by mightydodge »

Does anyone know how to remove the turn signal lever from the steering column? I have a 1968 D-100 with three on the tree. My manual states to remove the set screw and then pull out the lever, but I don't see the screw. Grateful for any help someone can provide.

Hadn't tried that yet. Didn't want to break a part I'd have a hell of a time finding again. Thanks for the help!

My 68 D200 auto with the shifter on the dash also just unscrews. It is threaded on the end.

Yes should be threaded on the end, you should also
see two flat spots near the columm were you can use
a wrench on it if needed.......
