Other than rusted, what is wrong with the one you
got? broken, chipped, ect???
what year truck?

if all that is wrong with it is rust, you can
remove it and have it blasted (cleaned)
and reinstall it....

if it is busted up, ect., replacing it with a
new box can be done (or with a good used box).

Biggest problem I've seen with them is corrosion on the contacts. Removal, and thorough cleaning can do wonders there. A Dremel or similar to remove the rust and crud from the spring fuse contacts works great.

If you're not concerned about originality, you might consider converting to the new style blade fuses. The generic boxes are cheap.
