Dana 60 rear spindle
Does anyone know if the spindle itself is replaceable or am I going to have to replace the hole axle tube?

I believe the correct term is Hub.
But, Yes, it should be able to be removed.

I think he's talking about the threaded portion of the axle housing itself. It might be replaceable but wouldn't be cheap.

It is a welded to the axle tube, your safer finding a another axle housing if it`s it damaged that bad.
