This problem isn't on my Sweptline.... However it is a Dodge product.
I have replaced everything on each wheel. Everything new shoes, springs, wheel cylinders, master cylinder with new, not rebuilt, even the vacume booster!
The problem is after a short drive of maybe 3-5 miles the brakes are fully applied and are smoking! The brake pedal has no travel. They are locked up so hard the car will not move! By the way this is a 1966 Charger. The master was replaced, bench bled, however I did Not bleed the wheels. Could this be my problem? Anyone have any bright ideas?

either you shoes are setup to tight,or the rod that pushes the master plunger is too long causing the brakes to be slightly applied

The exact same thing happened to me on my old truck. Everything was new including the master cylinder. Forgot who, but somebody on the website had a similiar issue. Their solution, which also worked for me was in the master cylinder itself. Turns out that one of the holes which allows the fluid to return is to small or clogged. Even though my master was brand new. I don't know if it was clogged or not, but I drilled it out slightly bigger and it fixed the problem

I've seen the brake master cylinder not letting the pressure bleed off. If you loosen the brake lines at the master cyl. you can see the pressure bleed off and the wheels will free up,
The other thing I have seen doing the same thing is if the truck is fitted with a proportioning valve in the brake lines, usually located on the frame somewhere below the master cylinder, it can be checked the same way,

All sounds like good advice. I also think disconnecting the braks lines and putting some air thru the lines, checking to see if there is a blockage or dirt in the lines. Have to try everything.

Drilling the holes in the master? After spending $85.00 I'd hate to screw up the part and have to get another one.

That's what I thought too. I cleaned all the hard lines on my truck when I was building it and had all new rubber lines and wheel cylinders, so drilling the master was my last resort, thank god it worked...
