How much space is there between the rotor and the caliper mounting bracket?

Good question, I did not measure. I followed the Scarebird instructions to the letter except where I filed down the caliper so it would not rub the wheel. Jim

Mine is very close, like .020 close. I too followed all of the instructions. It will probably be fine. I was just wondering what some others had experienced.

Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!! I am very glad to see this for the D200. I was going through the yard the other day looking at options!

I was wondering why the botton 2 bolts need to be machined?
The head is too big, they need to sit flush in the adapter plate.
My machinist also chamfered the lower two holes in the adapter plates as these bolts have a fillet on them.
