Is this play normal in a A745?

Opened up the top cover of my a745 3spd, is this play normal or excessive? Shift very well but making sure. I plan to replace bearings, countershaft and low gear. I made a quick video showing it here https://youtube.com/shorts/vE5P3v7KJco?
