so if I read an article on a Dodge 318 LA build, but was in a Dart, should that same build work on my '67 D100 with the 318? I know things like exhaust may have to change slightly because of the frame, but what about the stuff just specific to the engine? Or is the Dart 318LA different from my D100 318LA?

Thanks!

LA 318 is the same depending on years. Steel crank or cast crank. Various other differences but essentially the same. Just have to research what is different and will work for your build. :thinking :thinking

Same overall engine from 1967 through 1992 (pre-Magnum). You'll have a difference in oil pans (truck front sump, car rear sump), possibly the engine mounts, too. There is a water pump, timing cover, and harmonic balancer difference that comes into play, too. Again, do some research on the differences.
