Shift lever grommet and bushing

I'm trying to locate replacement shift lever "grommets and bushings". I cannot seem to find anything searching. Any info is appreciated.

In the past I have had to make bushings I could not buy. If you know someone with a lathe, buy some bronze and make a set. Sometimes it is the easiest option.

I wonder if it is the same as the plastic one used for car 727 floor shifters... Challenger etc.

Thanks everyone. I figured I would end up having to fab something. Anything would be an improvement, but obviously more work. It's truly a horrible design on dodges part.

I cured this with brass bushings and stainless washers from Lowes.
