I'd say 8 3/4" with 3.23, not 100% certain.

The Chrysler 8.75 was the only axle installed in any 61-71 D100. The most common gear ratios are 3.23, 3.55 and 3.91. Yours could have any of these. Most were not equipped with a Sure Grip (limited slip).

I think That may apply to some geographic areas ,But on the trucks I have pulled apart or still have I have gotten from D100 series and an A100 over the years:
66 D100 SL 6 4 SPD 3:91 SURE GRIP. Still have diff.
68 D100 3:55 Sure grip Diff gone.
68 D100 3:55 Sure grip 318 Auto. diff sold
69 D100 3:91 Sure grip. still have diff. in box trailer. Makes it a beatch to turn .
68 D100 SL6 3 Spd 3:91 not sure if sure grip. Have not checked. still in truck.
66 D100 318 3 SPD 3:91 Sure grip. still in truck.
68 A100 318 auto 3:91 Sure grip. Long gone.
66to 68 A100 SL6 3 SPD 3:91 Sure grip. Traded for an A body 8 3/4

They seemed to be common in this area in 1/2 tons . Just some I have had or still do.

In the early years ['61-'63], there was a 3.58. I pulled one out of a '62 D100 with an
A318 / 727 drive train. :study

It isn't a common ratio and wasn't available in 67, so I didn't feel the need to mention it.
