Which model '66 do you have? A good source for clutch parts is:
http://www.hrclutch.com
I've bought several clutch set ups from them.

'66 Utiline shortbox with 318 poly originally. Now it's an LA318. It is the
d100, but it has the d200 spec'd suspension stuff such as 8-lug wheels and Dana 60..etc etc

It doesn't matter what it's going into - it matters what it came out of (usually) - IF you used the LA 318 and Bellhousing from the same vehicle (ie: 79 D-100 for example) THEN the clutch you needi is for a 79 D-100 - IF you're mixing and matching from different years, the best thing is to identify the bellhousing and find out what size clutch it was designed for. Same holds true for the flywheel ? Call your local DOdge ddealer w/ the part #'s (or search online) or find the parts book for that year - When I did my 69 from auto to NP435 (previous owner hacked a POS LA w/ auto into it) I scrounged a local yard for the "right" parts (right part #'s at least) after reseaching my parts book. The local NAPA had a clutch on the shelf. I pretty much bought a parts truck for the trans and drive shaft - so I got lucky in that from the flywheel back is date correct for mine. Hope this helps, confusing as it may seem. I try to keep things date correct just for the sake of buying parts I don't need to remember what year which part is - yeah most of it interchanges from 60 - 80's, but the dipsticks at parts stores don't know anything that they can't find on the computer it seems. Good luck w/ it
69 D-200
37 Delivery Sedan (in pieces)
92 Dakota - traded for a 2001 Ram 1500
79 Dodge Aspen 2-dr -- didnt have time for it
2010 Charger former squad car = Love it

Did you use the flywheel, tranny & bell housing from the Poly for your LA318?
If so, use the link I provided. :Thumbsup
