Block Heater?

Did any sweptlines have block heaters?Did any 60s/70s trucks have block heaters.

I really cant speak for the sweptlines but i have seen them on some 60 s fords but i guess anyone could have installed them Not necessarily the factory

It looks old enough to be from the sixties. If I can figure it out I will post a picture.

Never saw anything in any of the brochures about them being options. Maybe dealers installed them.
