The NP420 4spd, NP435 4spd and A745 3spd hydraulic
clutch bell housings are one in the same for both the
Slant Six and Small Block V8.

I don't know of a bell housing out there that would
use the same cross member as the '61-'68 stock
hydraulic clutch bell housings. :thinking

In order to install this A833 O.D. tranny, you may have
to find a later bell housing, cut the original bell housing
cross member from your truck's frame and install another
cross member to accept the tail-shaft mount.

Hang tight. Some who have gone this route with a
pre-'69 Sweptline can fill you in with particulars.
