I’m my 65 w200, I pulled the closed knuckle 44 and used a 1980 Dana 60 front.
You will have to move the shock mounts on the axle (welding required). The drag link from steering box had to be modified. You will also have to modify brake lines to accommodate the disc brakes.
By this point you should also be upgrading to a dual pot master cylinder that is for disc brakes also.
Depending on the year of your truck the yokes may be different size also.
Late 65 w 200.
Factory LU-2 winch.
Updates: 205 transfer case,4.10 gears, disc brake Dana 60 front with lock out hubs
440 repower in the works

60 d100
383 with 727
4 wheel disc
3.73 geared rear
